David Conte was named Composer in Residence with Cappella SF in 2014.  The group has premiered several compositions by him, including “Slumber Song,”  and “Madrigals for the Seasons:  Summer/Fall,” and have performed his “O Sun” from September Sun.  His “O Magnum Mysterium”  and “Pat-a-Pan”  are featured on the Christmas CD “Light of Gold,” released in 2015, and in 2016 the CD “Choral Music of Conrad Susa and David Conte” was released, both on the Delos label.
